1. Agreement By using the Passport Passions website, application, or any services provided by Passport Passions (operated by Chapters for Life LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Passport Passions.
2. About Passport Passions Passport Passions is a digital content platform providing relationship education, intimacy guides, and couples resources at passportpassion.com. Passport Passions publishes content to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook on behalf of connected accounts.
3. Use of Passport Passions By connecting your Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or Facebook account to Passport Passions, you authorize Passport Passions to publish educational content to those accounts on your behalf using their respective APIs.
4. Instagram and Facebook Passport Passions integrate with Meta’s Instagram and Facebook platforms via the Meta Graph API. Use of Passport Passions in Connection with Instagram and Facebook is subject to Meta’s Terms of Service at facebook.com/terms.
5. TikTok Passport Passions integrates with TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API. Use of Passport Passions in Connection with TikTok is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service at tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service.
6. Pinterest Passport Passions integrates with Pinterest via the Pinterest API. Use of Passport Passions in Connection with Pinterest is subject to Pinterest’s Terms of Service at pinterest.com/policies/terms-of-service.
7. Digital Products Passport Passions sells digital products, including ebooks, guides, and membership content. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by Passport Passions.
8. Prohibited Use Users of Passport Passions may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Passport Passions content without written permission
- Use Passport Passions to post content that violates Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or Facebook community guidelines
- Share, distribute, or transfer your Passport Passions account access to others
9. Data Deletion Users may request deletion of their Passport Passions data by contacting Support@PassportPassion.com. Passport Passions will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability Passport Passions and Chapters for Life LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Passport Passions platform or connected social media integrations.
